Stretching & mounting of tapestries, cross-stitch, canvas paintings & papyrus framing;

CANVAS STRETCHING We can stretch canvases to any size needed. We use standard stretcher bars or custom-made oversized stretcher bars.

Yes, We can handle sizeable oversize framing. Dave dropped into the gallery to have his unique hand-embellished block print framed. We used 12mm depth float conservation mounting to show the edges of the fine-quality handmade paper, added white slip to create the deep-mounted artwork behind a contemporary 85mm silver frame profile, and, finally, complete with UV Tru-Vue glass to protect the print from exposure. The oversized frame was finally delivered to his home in Milton Keynes, measuring 145cm x 120cm.

HOW DO YOU MAKE DECISIONS ON A FRAMING & MOUNTING STYLE?

Choosing the right colour tone of mount style is often down to the effect you are looking for, the type of art you are framing, and personal taste. A well-thought-out combination of frame profile, mount, and mounting style will enhance a photo, original art, print or memorabilia and give the piece an authentic visual identity.

Our average turnaround is 7-10 days, and we can offer a 24hrs – 48 hrs picture framing. (Subject to stock availability for an optional extra).
