📏 Positioning & Height
For artwork above furniture, leave around 6–8 inches between the top of the frame and the furniture.
When hanging on open walls, position the centre of the piece at average eye level to create a natural viewing height and visual balance.
🔨 Avoiding Unwanted Nail Holes
Measure carefully before hanging.
For example, if the top of your artwork should sit at 72″ from the floor, and your hanging wire reaches 4″ below the frame, place the nail at 68″.
Always mark the wall lightly in pencil and ensure your picture is level before securing.
⚙️ Choosing the Right Hardware
