Mansell Magic
	Artist: Rod Diggens Original oil on board, Mansell in the Williams Honda FW11B, leads from a determind team mate, Nelson Piquet, in the opening laps of the French Grand Prix. Alain Prost, Marllboro McLaren MP4/3, stayed with the Williams' pair for much of the race, but could not stay on terms with them down the Mistral strait. He was to comment later that "it was the most frustrating race he could remember". After the first tyre stops, Piquet was ahead of Mansell, but ran wide on a crucial corner allowing his team through. The question then was whether either needed to stop again. In the end,Mansell didn't, but Piquet did. After his stop, Piquet emerged just behind Prost, but quickly re-took second place finishing just under 8 seconds behind his team mate. Mansell had dominated all three days of the meeting, fastest in practice, the warm up and starting from pole. size 51cm x 56 cm price includes frame.

The Last Grand Prix
	Artist: Rod Diggens Original gouache on board. South African Grand Prix, Kyalami 1 Jan 1968 Jim Clark`s Lotus 49 leads the new Matra-Ford of Jackie Stewart. Just behind Jack Brabham nips inside his new team mate Jochen Rindt, both driving Repco-Brabhams. Graham Hill follows in the second Lotus-Ford 49. Clark would go on to win this, his 25th. and last Grand Prix. Graham Hill will take second place with Brabham new boy Rindt third. Jim Clark`s sparkling career will come to an untimely end on a long, wet Hockenheim straight on 7 April 1968, nobody knows how or why. Image size 75cm x 95cm price includes frame.
