A cross-cultural exhibition combines the art and ideas of Five artists. The artists use their art to communicate apects of life into the 21st Century which ranges from dance, politics and sexual expressions.
The exhibition opened with a preview evening on Friday 19 April. Art Lovers attending where privilege to view the exhibition on it`s first night and exchange ideas with the Internationally renowned sculptor John W. Mills.

The artists featured in the exhibition are:
John W. Mills - selection of four Bronze sculptures titled "Tribute to Degas" "Double Dance" "Leotard girl" and the "Harlequin" with a body of pencil studies, first time being shown in our exhibition;
Gordon King - Finest collection of figurative watercolour paintings, as an inside to his love and passion for painting the female form;
Dattatraya Padekar - Mix medium paintings on board, giving an account of his control and abstract technique;
Gabriel Ellison -A fresh look at the Landscapes, birds and wildlife of Africa;

Pure bronze with dark bronze patina,. life size:175cm x 100cm x 44cm Collection from the dance series - John`s inspiration and tribute to the French artist`s Edgar Degas. Here portrayed as the artist Degas dancing with his model. Edition of six " The subject matter for this series is based on an account I read of Edgar Degas sometime habit of arriving at his studio and finding the model ready to work, but feeling disinclined to start just then and still dressed in his street clothes asks for dance. After a brief turn about the studio raised his hat and thanking the girl, leaves the studio for the afternoon, probably for a meal. I am an admirer of Degas and like the eccentricity of the image evoked by that brief account" . Artist Profile Price on application | ||
